The full version of the applicable client agreement, together with any addenda and related documents, will be provided upon hiring, enrollment, purchase, or onboarding, and those full written documents shall control in the event of any inconsistency with this summary.

1. Coaching Services

TruGenetics LLC provides coaching, education, strategy, accountability, lifestyle guidance, performance guidance, fitness guidance, nutrition related guidance, wellness support, and related digital services through its website, applications, messaging systems, and other platforms. TruGenetics LLC reserves the right to determine the structure, format, delivery method, staffing, scheduling, and sequencing of services in its discretion.

2. Nature of Services

TruGenetics LLC provides coaching and educational services only. TruGenetics LLC does not provide medical care, emergency services, psychological treatment, or any other licensed healthcare service unless expressly stated in a separate signed writing. Any information provided through the website or coaching services is for educational and informational purposes only and is not a substitute for evaluation or treatment by a qualified licensed medical professional.

3. Eligibility and Client Responsibility

By using this website or purchasing services, you represent that you are at least eighteen years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to promptly update TruGenetics LLC if your information materially changes. TruGenetics LLC may rely on the information you provide and is not responsible for issues resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information.

4. Program Access and Service Delivery

Coaching services are digital in nature and may include onboarding, messaging support, app access, review of submitted information, strategic planning, education, protocol development, progress review, and other related work. You acknowledge that services may begin immediately or near immediately after purchase, including through reserved program capacity, onboarding activity, internal planning, account setup, access to digital materials, and communications. You agree that access to services, digital materials, messaging systems, or program infrastructure may constitute delivery of services.

5. Fees, Payment, and No Refund Policy

The fees for services are as stated at checkout, in the applicable order page, invoice, payment link, program page, or other enrollment materials. By purchasing services, you agree to pay all amounts selected at checkout or otherwise agreed upon in writing. All sales are final unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement signed by TruGenetics LLC. Due to the immediate, digital, customized, and capacity based nature of the services, payments are non refundable and non cancellable once services begin or program access is granted, except where required by non waivable law or expressly provided in a signed written guarantee.

6. No Chargebacks Without Notice

By purchasing services through this website, you agree not to initiate a chargeback, payment reversal, bank dispute, processor dispute, or similar payment challenge without first providing TruGenetics LLC written notice of your concern and a reasonable opportunity to review and attempt to resolve the matter. You acknowledge that TruGenetics LLC may rely on its business records, order data, accepted terms, timestamps, IP address logs, account records, communication logs, access records, and related digital records in responding to any payment dispute or enforcing its rights.

7. No Guarantees

Results vary based on many factors, including compliance, effort, consistency, health status, prior history, genetics, and other factors beyond the control of TruGenetics LLC. TruGenetics LLC makes no guarantee of any specific result, including but not limited to weight loss, muscle gain, hormonal changes, health changes, aesthetic changes, performance improvements, or other specific outcomes, unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.

8. Assumption of Risk

Participation in fitness, nutrition, performance, supplementation, lifestyle, or wellness related activities involves inherent risks. By using the website or purchasing services, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in any recommended or self directed activities and agree that you are solely responsible for obtaining medical clearance when appropriate.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, program materials, coaching materials, protocols, systems, videos, messages, graphics, written content, branding, and other proprietary information made available by TruGenetics LLC are owned by or licensed to TruGenetics LLC and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, share, or exploit such materials without prior written permission.

10. Confidentiality and Communications

TruGenetics LLC may maintain records of communications, onboarding materials, account activity, internal notes, service records, and related business records for operations, continuity, customer support, quality control, legal compliance, payment processing, and dispute resolution. You agree to communicate respectfully and lawfully with TruGenetics LLC and understand that abusive, threatening, fraudulent, or harassing conduct may result in termination of access or other appropriate action.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TruGenetics LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the website, services, programs, communications, or materials. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any liability of TruGenetics LLC shall be limited as set forth in the applicable full client agreement.
